Within 1 year of purchasing my Extreme Pro USB 3.0 (128GB) it failed. Got in contact with their customer service and after sending back the faulty USB, I was provided with a new one. 1 year after that, it failed again. This time all the customer service staff were either ignoring me or abruptly lying stating that emails were sent to me with instructions on how to get another USB replacement. After 5 different staff said exactly the same thing, I thought lets try another email as they said I have to follow the instructions within the email they provide in order to process a warranty claim otherwise warranty is not valid. To my NOT SO surprise, I still wasn't receiving emails from Sandisk because it is blatantly obvious why, they are not honoring their LIFETIME warranty for a RUBBISH product they have provided. Do not make the same mistake as me and avoid getting SANDISK products at all costs. I wouldn't use their products if they provided them for free since the last 2 failed within 2 years and I lost all my data and now their not honoring their WARRANTY. Instead lying out for their teeth and wasting my time.
