I have a 32gb SanDisk flair ultra about one year old that is dead. Still shows up but cannot be accessed. SanDisk support is woeful and does not provide me with an Australian contact for a return after requesting twice, informs me that warranty is 30 days and not 5 years and that my purchase has to be from the SanDisk online store. One last chance and they are being reported to Consumer Affairs.
