The fact that a card fails I can understand. Not happy about it when all the photos from a two week holiday are lost but I understand that these things can happen. What I don't understand is the long winded and awkward returns process that makes you send the card across Europe only using UPS and not having a card for nearly a month in the process. Bad customer service. Having bought many Sandisk products over the years, I will not be buying any more!
