Appalling customer services.I don't know which country their CS is based in, but they certainly don't understand English very well.Two of my USBs have become faulty and it has been almost a month now and I still haven't received my replacements. Every message I send, it takes a few days to receive a response, and to top it off, the response doesn't even addresses the issue - so frustrating!I don't think I'll ever buy another sandsik product again.
