I would give no stars if possible. My repair kit arrived without the gold powder, making it useless. I have posted on their help page twice, emailed directly twice, and messaged on social media. I also tried both phone numbers; one doesn't accept calls, and the other just rings without answer. For a company that claims to guarantee 100% success, this is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I hope someone from the company will see this and assist me.
