I received a Kintsugi repair kit as a Christmas gift, but I was puzzled by the glue tubes—there were two attached, seemingly identical. I followed the instructions, but since neither was labeled as 'bonding glue,' the pieces wouldn’t adhere! After reading another review, I suspect there should have been four tubes of glue. The instructions referred to 'the tube of glue' and then said 'open the tube again,' which was completely unclear! I'm repackaging everything and waiting for a response from the company. I can't provide an invoice since it was a gift from my son. I'll ask him to reach out to the seller, but the packaging is dated 07/2026, and there's a bar code with the code X002A14HHS, which has been placed over an original bar code with the serial number 5 060698 710037. I could take a photo but I'm unsure how to send it!

I ordered a gin making kit as a present for my wife during the holidays. Unfortunately, the kit arrived with open sachets of ingredients and a missing scoop. I emailed the support team a week ago as indicated in the leaflet inside, but I have yet to receive a response. Quite disappointing.
Since my previous review, I have been contacted by the new owners of the company, who have been very apologetic and helpful. They promised to rectify the situation when I can receive a replacement. I will write a separate review once it arrives. Original post: I was given a repair kit as a gift. This isn't something you use immediately - the purpose is to repair broken ceramics with the beautiful gold repair kit. Upon opening, I found two of the four glue tubes completely empty, and the other two only half full. The company took a while to respond to my inquiry, and after several emails, communication stopped. The customer service staff seemed to change with each message, and they asked for a receipt—impossible since it was a gift. They then suggested I ask the person who gifted it for their receipt, which I felt was very rude. They meant well when purchasing this gift. I explained that asking for a receipt months later would be awkward and uncomfortable. After this lack of support, and an odd request for a photo and my address, communication ceased. I have lost faith in this company.
I reached out to the company over 10 weeks ago and still have not received a response, even after following up twice! I simply wanted to know if their ingredients contained gluten. This is a crucial question for me as a Coeliac, so now I have no option but to discard the product! If you're considering buying from this company, think twice; it seems once they have your money, they don't care about you.
This company is terrible. Items were missing, and I have tried contacting them multiple times through email, social media, and phone, but received no response or callbacks. I had to throw away the kit as it was unusable. Stay far away from this company; I regret not checking reviews before placing my order.
My daughter ordered a gin making kit as a small gift for me. When it arrived, it was three months past the expiration date and seemed to have been opened previously. I would give no stars if possible. My repair kit arrived without the gold powder, making it useless. I have posted on their help page twice, emailed directly twice, and messaged on social media. I also tried both phone numbers; one doesn't accept calls, and the other just rings without answer. For a company that claims to guarantee 100% success, this is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I hope someone from the company will see this and assist me.
