I recently attempted to transfer my life policy from one provider to another and followed all their instructions. However, they are refusing to accept my business account, likely due to it being a sole proprietor account that has been active for 10 years. I have been unable to get any clear answers from my broker and have reached out to the service provider multiple times without any response. My husband successfully moved his policy without issues, yet I am left without any explanations. I switched providers hoping for better service, but it appears the level of incompetence is consistent across the board. This has been truly disappointing.
