wow, i haven't had a company go above and beyond like these folks in years. Customer service has sucked really since Covid but I feel like all I do now is talk to robots. Not these folks. As soon as I placed my order I saw a different promotion they were having on a totally different set but that other set had 3 of their awesome tools and the one I ordered only had the one. So, I decided to reach out to say hey - can you please charge me an additional $20 and send me that promo vs the promo I bought? It took a day but they got back to me and said hey, we talked to our boss and as a one time extension of goodness, they said they went ahead and shipped the deal/promo I requested at the price I paid for the one I purchased which means I got three tools for the price of the one promotion. I mean that is like epic above and beyond. I wouldn't have even asked for that. I am so excited to try these tools. As a woodworker, I am always looking for ways to develop and expand my craft.
