I was VERY impressed with the service provided, after a mistake with my order the company acted very very quickly to rectify the problem. They dealt with it within a couple of days. I would thoroughly recommend Sanrico TO everyone
Too bad zero stars aren't possible! This is a scam company. They sell junk tools that don't fit or don't work even remotely like they say. They also make it impossible to return anything after your realize that you made a mistake by buying their junk!
I have the minicutter saw and it barely cuts anything. The blade gets hung up on lightweight wood. I try changing the speeds and blade and it does the same thing. There is no way the videos on the site can be real. I emailed customer service and haven't heard back.
Scam company. I ordered the miniature saw while on pinterest and it never came. When I inquired they responded professionally and immediately. Then a few days later after looking into my order I was told it was delivered with 2 links for so called 'proof' of delivery but the links were just letters and numbers with the word error amongst it all. Zero proof it was delivered. When I emailed them back with screenshots they ignored me. $246 gone!
Update: I stumbled on to this company via Pinterest in January 2025. I made my first order January 20, 2025 for 3 items totaling $189.97 dollars . I was sent an email that my order had shipped and given a tracking number. I made my second order on January 26, 2025 for 3 additional items totaling $409.97 dollars.No notification that the order shipped nor a tracking number. Albeit when I inquired about the delivery status of both orders, as of February 4, 2025 the orders are in transit. No call back whatsoever from the SANRICO customer service team and they had requested that I verify the delivery address and provide a phone number for the carrier and to contact me.On February 5, 2025 I received an email update that order 1 was delivered on February 4, 2025 (confirmed/received) and that order 2 delivery was upgraded to DHL delivery and that it was in transit to my address but tracking number was provided. ? I thought I was buying woodworking tools from NJ based company but Order 1 came from Texas and refund requests are limited to within 15 days of receipt of the delivered order and are handled through arbitration in Hong Kong, China in English if you want a refund.Upon receipt of order number 2, I will not be using this vendor for any future purchases. Amazon would be faster and probably cheaper or both without all the red tape and super slow cumbersome delivery processes in the name of SANRICO customer service. Wednesday, February 19, 2025February 13, 2025 I received a text notice from DHL that my delivery was scheduled for Monday, February 17, 2025To my surprise on Friday, February 14, 2025 I received the 3-in-1 Router Milling Grove Bracket without assembly instructions about 5:28 pm but without the FastSquare Adapter + bits or the EasySquare Adapter + Bits.February 18, 2025 I received a second 3-in1 Router Milling Grove Bracket without assembly instructions from a different carrier out of Texas. Again, I am still missing and or never received the following items from order #21.) Missing “FastSquare Adapter + Bits”.2.) Missing “EasySquare Adapter + Bits”.For you convenience, I have included a screenshot of the original items ordered for your reference in reconciling my order # 2. This is beyond silliness, unacceptable and not in anyway exceptional award winning customer service you claim to promote on your platform.
wow, i haven't had a company go above and beyond like these folks in years. Customer service has sucked really since Covid but I feel like all I do now is talk to robots. Not these folks. As soon as I placed my order I saw a different promotion they were having on a totally different set but that other set had 3 of their awesome tools and the one I ordered only had the one. So, I decided to reach out to say hey - can you please charge me an additional $20 and send me that promo vs the promo I bought? It took a day but they got back to me and said hey, we talked to our boss and as a one time extension of goodness, they said they went ahead and shipped the deal/promo I requested at the price I paid for the one I purchased which means I got three tools for the price of the one promotion. I mean that is like epic above and beyond. I wouldn't have even asked for that. I am so excited to try these tools. As a woodworker, I am always looking for ways to develop and expand my craft. Thank you team at San Rico. I appreciate you!
