I have a bad habit of ordering items from companies website without reviewing my options for item being purchased. I ordered the power sphere without seeing and/or knowing an adapter was an option. I received the item just to find out it was not compatible to my equipment. I contacted the company With a very quick response and even a quicker solution. They did not sell the adapter by itself but they were able to generate an item number just for the adapter (only) for me to purchase and even got to price half off..... Great customer service!Thanks
