As others have warned, steer clear of this seller! I mistakenly believed I was purchasing from a US-based company. After seeing a sweater on social media while on vacation, I didn’t conduct my usual research. Along with the sweater, I ordered what were advertised as two linen shirts, but I received two unattractive uniform shirts instead. The seller is quick to respond when you ask about returns or exchanges, but if the items don't match the photos, returning them is prohibitively expensive, which they are likely counting on. They’ll request pictures, conduct a ‘thorough review,’ and claim it’s a best seller with minor fabric variations, insisting it’s what you ordered. They then tempt you with a partial refund, but returning the items to their overseas location is at your own cost. My $50 sweater now looks like it will cost me $100. Thankfully, it is actually quite cute, but the whole experience has been frustrating. Just avoid this seller!
