As others have pointed out, it's best to steer clear of this service! Initially, I believed I was purchasing from a US-based company. I spotted a sweater through an influencer while on vacation and skipped my usual research. Along with the sweater, which matched the photos perfectly, I ordered two linen-style shirts, but received two unattractive, uniform-like shirts instead. When I reached out about returns or exchanges, they responded quickly. However, if an item doesn't match the description, returning it is prohibitively expensive, which they seem to count on. They request photos and after a 'thorough review,' they'll claim it's a best seller and that there may be minor differences in the fabric, insisting it's what I ordered. Then they offer a refund of 20%, which could go up to 30% if I insist on returning the items (at my own cost to ship back to another country!) while suggesting I just keep them. Now, my $50 sweater might end up costing me $100. Thankfully, it is actually quite cute, but this experience has been frustrating and irritating. Just don't do it!

Thankfully, it is actually quite cute, but the whole experience has been frustrating. Just avoid this seller!
I ordered a pair of shoes online, but they were significantly smaller than expected. This seller makes returning items extremely challenging, requiring numerous emails back and forth, and they refuse to cover return shipping costs. It's simply not worth the money or effort, and I will not be shopping with them again.
This seller is a complete scam! DO NOT order from them! They respond to emails within 24 hours, making it seem legitimate. If you have no intention of returning items and can tolerate the unpleasant smell and subpar quality, then maybe you can consider ordering. I purchased an item for $55 with a discount, thinking it was a good deal. Unfortunately, I didn’t do my research first. It took two weeks for my order to arrive from China, which I was unaware of. When I wanted to return it, they initially suggested ways to keep it, but I insisted on a full refund. They offered discounts instead and sent me a complicated return form, not a label. When I finally got the return address, it cost $33 to send it back without tracking, or $66 with tracking. The postal worker warned me it might be a scam. This seller clearly anticipated the high return shipping fees. Why not disclose that upfront? This entire process has been exhausting, frustrating, and a waste of time! I ended up with a 30% refund, losing $38 on an item worth much less!
This seller is simply a rebranded version of a previous scam operation. I attempted to return an order due to the poor quality of the clothing, but the warehouse refused to accept the return, leaving me out $216. Previous reviews for the earlier operation showed a low rating, and now they are trying the same tactics again. Do NOT purchase from them!
