Why isn't zero stars an option? This company truly deserves a zero-star rating. Like many others have said, this feels like a scam and is not a company anyone should want to engage with. The online images showcase high-quality items, but what I received was a pixelated design on cheap fabric. The size chart was completely inaccurate; I ordered an XL based on it, expecting it to be larger, but it doesn’t fit at all. I paid for expedited shipping but got the item 10 days after the promised date. Now I’m stuck in a frustrating back-and-forth with them, and they only want to offer me $21 for a $172 order. I've escalated this to my credit card company in hopes they can help since I've made no progress with this company after two weeks and ten emails.
