This shop is a disaster - I ordered in mid-November and my goods still haven't arrived. What’s the point of a holiday suit if it arrives in January? I’m not even sure they sent anything at all. The tracking messages don’t specify the carrier, and updates typically arrive about a week late. This tracking might also be fake.
Why is there no option for zero stars? This service truly deserves a zero-star rating. Like many others have mentioned, this feels like a scam and is not a business anyone should engage with. The online images showcase high-quality knit fabric and detailed embroidery. However, what I received was a pixelated iron-on design on cheap material. The size chart was completely inaccurate; I ordered an XL based on the chart, expecting it to be larger according to my measurements, but it doesn’t fit at all. I opted for expedited shipping but received the item 10 days later than the promised date. Now, I'm stuck in a frustrating back-and-forth with them, and they're only willing to offer me a maximum of $21 for a $172 order. I've escalated the issue to my credit card company in hopes they can assist me, as I have made no progress with this service after two weeks and ten emails.
I would rate it zero stars. The promoted product and the actual item are completely different. The quality is poor, colors don’t match the website, and the material is subpar. The inner material of the jacket is clearly not what was advertised. This whole experience is a mess. Their customer service is dreadful, and they refuse to accept the faulty product back.
I purchased a Santa jacket in November and paid extra for expedited shipping. As of December 17th, I still haven’t received it. Being told they are 'not responsible' for expedited delivery is unacceptable. If you charge for expedited shipping, you should be accountable for that service or refund it if it’s not delivered. I had no idea this was coming from another country; it’s ridiculous.
Scammers, do not purchase. Misleading images on the website, and now they refuse to provide a return label, even though I’m within 7 days of delivery. They’re asking for packaging information of all things! I’m going to start a dispute process with my credit card.
I purchased a men's large blazer, but when it arrived, it seemed more like a child's large. I provided all the information they requested, but they refused to accept a return, claiming the shipping costs would be too high for me. They only offered me $17 for a $59.99 item.
