I purchased a Santa jacket in November and paid extra for expedited shipping. As of December 17th, I still haven’t received it. Being told they are 'not responsible' for expedited delivery is unacceptable. If you charge for expedited shipping, you should be accountable for that service or refund it if it’s not delivered. I had no idea this was coming from another country; it’s ridiculous.
