I have never come across a bank that is incapable of listening as much as this one.Having written to them in both English and Polish on more than 2 occasions asking for a statement of my loan in both languages, I ended up not paying the monthly premium as I felt very uncomfortable with the charges that came from the cosmos. They decided that the best course of action was to use a firm of fairly disreputable lawyers to put me into court and collect the debt aggressively.I have been doing business in Poland since 1991 and this is the worst case of either deafness or stupidity by a bank I have ever come across. I still believe half their charges are fictitious but as businessman I must think with my head and not my heart, Polish courts being what they are. I decided to cut my losses and run from them very quickly.God help them if they are to survive.
