They have taken 350 USD from my account. I received a transfer to my USD account from the US, and they converted the amount to PLN and then back to USD, resulting in a loss of 350 USD. Unbelievable.

Clients should consider alternative options

There is a lack of security and support. Clients might be better off keeping their money at home, as there is no adequate support. I contacted the hotline immediately after being scammed, and despite the unauthorized transactions still pending, they said they needed time to analyze the situation. After three days, I received an email stating I was responsible for protecting my data, and they wouldn't refund me. I had merely asked them to cancel the transactions quickly. I managed to contact a merchant myself, while the bank did nothing. I plan to move all my finances to another bank.

Wake up and recognize the law

On 29.11.2024, my spouse provided the bank with an Official Court Certificate confirming her role as guardian for her mother to manage her account. Unfortunately, the bank refused to recognize the legitimate certificate from the Polish court, while other banks accept it without issue. It's disappointing that a bank operating in Poland disregards Polish law when others, including the top bank, comply. Additionally, we discovered that her mother's account has very little money! I hope the bank investigates the account's status over the past two years to protect clients with dementia. Based on our experiences, we do not recommend this bank.

Unbelievably poor support

I've never encountered such ineffective support. They lack knowledge, only speak one language, and show no respect for clients' time. I'm transferring all my services to another bank.

Extremely rude customer service

The customer service is extremely rude. I called late in the evening because my banking app logged me out and I needed to make a payment. I was transferred to another department, and while they could speak English, they kept saying they would transfer me to someone else and then hung up. One operator seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. Very unreliable.

Lack of customer service

While vacationing abroad, they unexpectedly blocked my debit card without explanation! I tried to call, but the wait was over 10 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they claimed they suspected my card was stolen. Why not call to confirm? They canceled my card, and now I have to wait for a replacement. What a hassle.
