This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. They blocked my online account, I’m unable to reset my password as I’m abroad which has been spelled out to them more than 100 times. Also, two years ago they were supposed to close one of my accounts and update my address. I only found out now that they have not and there are charges!!!! I spent 2hours on the phone to their customer service calling from abroad just to deal with one rude adviser , and then the second one advised something that was in contradiction with what the bank advised when my family member queried directly at the bank! They do not listen! They do not close the bank accounts and then they charge people for their mistakes. Customer service is useless and rude! DO NOT USE Santander Polska!
