Instead of resolving problems, these interactions often heighten frustration and complicate matters further. Regrettably, the problems extend beyond the call centers. In-branch experiences are equally unsatisfactory. Staff frequently appear disengaged, unhappy, and unmotivated, and this attitude often affects customers negatively. There is a clear absence of professionalism, accountability, and fundamental customer care. Banking necessitates trust, competence, and reliability. This institution offers none of these qualities. Based on multiple firsthand experiences, I would strongly recommend avoiding this institution. Opting for their services will likely result in unnecessary stress, wasted time, and regret.
