Although we very much enjoyed the trip a couple of instances of poor communication meant that the holiday was not everything it could have been. Firstly we were told the wrong hotel and time for the gala dinner and as a result missed it (this was our main reason for paying half board). Then the pick up times for the return journey were posted on the notice board and were 2 hours too late! I tried to call the rep to query but there was no response. Luckily I checked again on the morning of departure and they had been corrected, but we could easily have missed our transfer otherwise.
