I highly recommend this experience. For two adults and one child over two nights in December, costing £3,300, it was worth every penny. The accommodation was basic but perfectly clean, safe, and functional with comfortable beds. The food was excellent and unlimited. The surroundings offered countless opportunities for exploration and sledding. The staff consistently went above and beyond, and everything was organized efficiently with short travel times and minimal waiting. It felt almost too good to be true, but EVERYTHING is included! A 5-10 minute reindeer sleigh ride, a self-driven husky ride, snowmobile sleighs, a visit with Santa including a gift, entertaining igloo experiences, sleds, mini skidoos, hockey, golf, and much more. Make sure to bring layers and hand warmers, as it gets incredibly cold.
Our entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The airport and flight felt magical. The staff were incredibly organized and went above and beyond for us. They truly deserve recognition, especially the team and the coach staff. Although it was quite pricey, it was worth every penny! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. When I ask my children about their Christmas gifts from last year, they can't recall a single item. However, when it comes to our holidays, they remember every detail. This experience will stay with them forever. Thank you for providing such a perfect kickoff to our Christmas season. I couldn't recommend it more highly!
An unforgettable adventure that I couldn't fault. The husky sled ride was a highlight, along with witnessing the Northern Lights. However, it should be clearer from the beginning that you are responsible for driving the sleds yourself! It's physically demanding and can be challenging. Fortunately, my daughter enjoyed it, but it was evident how easily accidents could occur. The dogs are strong and enthusiastic, requiring constant braking. Despite this, it was enchanting and truly made the holiday for my daughter, who felt so accomplished. At the end of the ride, the dogs were calm and friendly, allowing everyone, including children, to pet them. We observed no aggression, just a desire to run. Thank you for an amazing adventure.

Airport & Arrival: The check-in was festive and well-organized, with a crew that made the flight feel special without overdoing it. The airport was efficient and charming, thanks to welcoming elves at the luggage area. The short transfer offered our first glimpse of the snowy landscape. Hotel: Our spacious and cozy room was genuinely family-friendly, complete with a private sauna that became essential after outdoor activities. The location was perfect, just minutes from the main attractions. Staff were helpful and spoke excellent English, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Food: Breakfast and dinner were simple yet catered well to children and picky eaters. The included hot drinks were a welcome relief after being outside in the cold. Optional Adventures: The husky tour and snowmobile safari were well-organized and memorable, supported by friendly guides. Free tobogganing became a delightful surprise. Search for Santa Day: The activity center was easy to navigate, with minimal queues and plenty of staff ensuring safety and engagement. The snowmobile sleigh ride led to a charming cabin that felt straight out of a storybook. The elves were playful and great with shy children. Santa was genuine, reading our son’s letter and giving a thoughtful gift. Unlimited photographs made the experience even more memorable. Only Improvement: Collecting snow suits before check-in meant carrying extra bags. A more streamlined process would enhance arrival. Overall, this trip balances organization with genuine magic, leaving us hoping to return. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Everything went smoothly. We stayed in a spacious apartment with all we needed, including a drying room, which was a great bonus. The staff were always helpful and available. The husky ride was absolutely fantastic! Santa was truly magical. We created some very happy memories.
We just returned from a wonderful holiday and had a truly magical experience. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly helpful and made every effort to enhance our stay. This time, we opted for a two-bedroom apartment, which was much better than our previous stay in a family room. Although I was initially concerned about the distance to the main hotel for meals, it turned out to be manageable. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and included a sauna, which was great for drying clothes after sledding. My only critique is the limited food options for children; a few simple choices would have been appreciated. The Search for Santa experience was superb, and the reindeer and husky rides were enjoyable. If you’re seeking a magical Santa experience in a snowy setting, this destination is perfect. Although it is on the pricier side, I don’t regret choosing this company and would definitely recommend it.
