I got this kit because I was running low on inspiration after years of the elf tradition. I hoped for fresh, easy-to-prepare ideas for last-minute tasks. Unfortunately, this kit fell short. My main issues were: - spelling errors (unacceptable with modern technology) - too many naughty list mentions (added negativity) - no options for households with two elves (everything was set for one) - lack of creative suggestions for the elves' activities. Most ideas were just placing a card asking the child to do something. - American terminology... Not a fan of terms like 'candy', 'chores', or 'Santa Claus' (we call him Father Christmas!). Overall, it's an okay collection if you don't mind a dull elf. The inclusion of crayons was nice, but not enough to justify the price. I wouldn’t buy this again, nor would I recommend it. A simple online search for ideas would yield much more, often for free.
