I purchased this kit because my creativity was waning after many years of the elf tradition. I was seeking fresh, easy ideas for last-minute tasks. Unfortunately, this kit did not meet my expectations. I was particularly disappointed by: - spelling mistakes (there's no excuse for these today) - excessive naughty list references (which added negativity) - no options for multiple elves (everything was designed for a single elf) - lack of creative suggestions for the elves' activities. Most ideas involved simply placing a card asking the child to complete a task or share their day. - American terms... This is a personal preference, but I dislike words like 'candy', 'chores', or 'Santa Claus' (we call him Father Christmas!). Overall, it's not a terrible collection if you can overlook a rather uninspired elf. The addition of crayons was a nice touch, but it wasn’t enough to justify the cost. I wouldn’t buy this again, nor can I endorse it. A quick online search for ideas will provide much more inspiration, often at no cost.

The kit took a couple of weeks to arrive, and I had to follow up with the company about its status. I paid £30 for the ultimate kit, but it was missing the first day's item?! I contacted the company, and after two days, I've yet to receive a response. They clearly don't prioritize customer service or ensuring their products are complete before shipping. This was my first experience with the company, and I won't be returning. I do not recommend.
The elf was not included in the box after I paid for it. I've emailed six times over 11 days with no reply. Customer service is nonexistent. I've requested a refund but still have not heard back. I will be reporting this to trading standards. Avoid this company; you will lose your money.
