I placed an order on 10 August 2025 (worth £59.99). The item was never delivered — tracking showed it stuck since 27 August. I contacted the company several times, and unfortunately, Elsha was the one “handling” my case.Instead of offering any real solution, Elsha only sent vague excuses and never followed up properly. No refund, no product, just wasted time. In the end, I had to open a dispute with my bank, who confirmed the payment was unjustified and refunded me.This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. If you see Elsha’s name connected with your order, prepare for incompetence and disappointment.
