Absolutely delighted with the customer service received from Santoku knives. There were no qualms or questions asked once I provided some evidence, to replace a knife that I’ve had some time but had an issue with. They were absolutely top-notch in terms of offering a replacement and I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to other people who are looking for quality knives.
If I could give zero stars I would. No information on shipping only then to be told it will be another 15 days when tracking data says 48hrs. Costumer service is less than helpful. seems to be the method of business employed by Santoku Knives...TL:DR Dont bother ordering - go elsewhere
I ordered a Whetstone in 9 December and it arrived on 27 December. Birthday and Christmas missed. I chased several times. The response was swift each time but put the blame squarely with Evri the delivery company and a busy time of year. What else would be expected during the run up to Christmas?
Absolute joke of a company ordered 1st of December and still no delivery, can not give me a date and have now missed the Christmas present date.Found in my local cook shop and was cheaper.Will not offer a refund.Unable to offer no Stars
Ordered a knife as a Christmas present and was taking a bit longer than expected to arrive so contacted the customer service team, who responded promptly and helpfully. The knife arrived in time for Christmas, looked great, and was well received - made short work of the duck for dinner - so very happy, thanks.
Wondered why my order hadnt arrived - Like many other negative reviewers, I thought the 'co.uk' address would mean shipping from the uk. Had I known it was coming from China I'd never have ordered. Entered my order number into their website tracking - got 'order cannot be found' - no telephone number, so this will be one of those interminable email exchanges.
