I noticed too late that everything is wrong here. Really it is a company "based" in UK but just dropshipping from China. They send false tracking information so that you cannot see it is shipping from China, until it is too late to cancel - then they send the right tracking information... now I probably will wait a month for the product to arrive and lets see how that goes. Overall, this way of doing business is unethical and misleading. Even if the quality of the product is good, it should be clear to the customer where the production is taking place, so that we know what we are supporting in terms of working conditions etc. To my knowledge, this is a violation of consumer protection laws and advertising regulations. In UK and EU (who still share the same laws around these issues), consumers must have access to all key information about the transaction before purchasing, or else we have the right to a refund no matter if the product is faulty or not.
