Do Not Buy From Them – Extremely DisappointedI placed a large order expecting high-quality products, but most of the khaddar items turned out to be completely see-through—worse than lawn material, which was honestly shocking. Still, I tried to handle it calmly, initiated a return, and the company confirmed they had received all the items back, both via phone and email.Despite that, I never received my refund. I contacted them multiple times, and every time I was told, “you’ll get your refund within 24 hours.” It’s been nearly a month, and I kept hearing the same excuse over and over again.After exhausting all options and providing full proof—Royal Mail tracking, multiple emails, and phone call records—I finally had to raise a dispute with my bank under the Goods and Services Act. Thankfully, I eventually got my money back, but it was incredibly stressful and time-consuming.This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a brand of this size in Pakistan. It felt like a complete scam. I’m beyond disappointed and will never order from them again.Do not buy from them.
