Totally scame!!!!! Don't order from sapphireonline
I ordered an unstitched suit from Sapphireonline with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The unstitched suit I received was completely different from what was shown on the website. The color and print did not match the pictures at all.
The fabric quality was very poor and felt cheap. It was not worth the price I paid. Even though it was unstitched, I expected good fabric and the same design as advertised, but the material looked low quality and below standard.
I trusted the brand name, but this experience has really disappointed me.
I will not purchase any suits from this seller again. My experience was quite poor, as the suits I received were riddled with slits and were cut into small pieces that couldn't be assembled into a suit. When I reached out to request a change, my emails went unanswered. I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

The reverse pickup was successfully completed. Here are the details: Pickup Date & Time: 2025-12-14 10:09:00. It has been 15 days of continuous follow-ups, numerous calls, and emails, yet the company only offers apologies and ignores my communications. Other online stores typically process refunds within a week, but this company never responds or expedites the process. I will never shop online here again! They constantly push sales on social media, but I will be blocking them from now on. I plan to share my experience publicly so others are warned.
I ordered two unstitched items on sale and was informed they could be returned for a voucher. Nearly a month has passed, and I have yet to receive a call or the voucher. After multiple calls, I was told my package is being upgraded, but I still have no sign of the voucher, despite having returned the items.
I spent over £300, but my parcel was never delivered. When I contacted customer service, they claimed it was delivered, but the delivery company said it was lost. The company admitted their mistake and promised to process a refund, but after three months of lies, I still received nothing. I successfully claimed my money back through my bank. My advice: contact your bank immediately if you encounter issues with your order; this company will not assist you.
