We chose to use Sapphire water softeners rather than some of the, 'big names' and we didn't regret it. We'd previously had a water softener through Harvey's and found them pushy and the after care not great. Sapphire's quote was very competitive and they were able to install quickly. Chris was very friendly and communication was fantastic. He was punctual and worked really hard to install our softener in the wasted space in the corner of our kitchen. We are also now purchasing salt through sapphire as they are cheaper than our previous suppliers. I have no doubt if we need any after care sapphire will provide it to a high standard. We are very pleased with our softener. Having used one for more than 13 years we couldn't be without one in such a hard water area. It's saved us from lots of plumbing issues, our hair and skin are better and without limescale everything is easier to keep clean.

Mel takes care of the administrative side of the business and is often the first point of contact on the telephone.
