I can’t fault the experience we had with Sapphire! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He talked us through the pros and cons of the 2 machines we were considering and personalised his advice to our house. We found this invaluable and it helped us to make an informed decision.When it came to install, as usually Chris was extremely polite and knowledgeable and even came back a few weeks later to add a missing part he’d found in our pipework when installing the softener.I would highly recommend Sapphire if you’re looking for a water softener!

Taking great pride in a reputation for quality installations and personal service, Chris carries out the survey and installations himself, ensuring continuity from start to finish. Mel takes care of the administrative side of the business and is often the first point of contact on the telephone. This customer care continues with a delivery service offering great value on consumable products too.
If there are any problems, we act to resolve them as quickly as possible with minimal fuss and, again, there is a huge bonus in being local. We always do our utmost to go the extra mile for our customers who place their trust in us.
