Sapphire Water Softeners is a family run business based in Smarden, Kent. The company was launched in 2008 by Chris Dyer, who had a background in installing water treatment equipment for a local company.
Taking great pride in a reputation for quality installations and personal service, Chris carries out the survey and installations himself, ensuring continuity from start to finish. Mel takes care of the administrative side of the business and is often the first point of contact on the telephone. This customer care continues with a delivery service offering great value on consumable products too.
If there are any problems, we act to resolve them as quickly as possible with minimal fuss and, again, there is a huge bonus in being local. We always do our utmost to go the extra mile for our customers who place their trust in us.
