I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a 14K white gold ring as a Valentine’s gift for my wife, but shortly after wearing it, she developed a severe skin reaction — irritation, cracking, and even bleeding on both hands. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is advertised as solid gold.What makes the situation worse is the lack of customer support. I have sent two emails and also tried calling, but after an entire month, I have received no response at all.Very upsetting experience both in terms of product quality and customer service.
