horrible quality and customer service!i purchased a diamond baguette tennis bracelet and the diamonds fell out within weeks. they wanted me to cover shipping costs to repair it, which is outrageous as still under warranty. the bracelet was repaired and now the chain has broken.they are blaming me for wearing the item while i sleep. this was not specified under warranty.my jeweler evaluated the bracelet and states that it is poorly made.they do no stand behind their pieces which are not sturdy or durable.do not purchase anything from sarah elise!
