I received a ring from them recently, and while it’s okay overall, I was a bit disappointed with the quality. The prongs holding the main stone appear squashed and uneven, and some of the finer details, especially in harder-to-reach areas, feel unfinished or rough, lacking proper polishing. I did consider returning it, but with international shipping, it feels like more hassle than it’s worth.
