Awful experience.. very disappointed with their products. My fiance’ and I ordered matching “Solid Gold ID bracelets” which turned out to be a very misleading title as they were NOT solid gold. I was only able to wear mine for about a week before it broke carrying groceries. A week after that my fiancé’s broke just doing casual stuff around the house- nothing so harsh to cause them to break. Because they broke we were able to see that the chain was not solid gold all the way through, they were hallow in the middle.. After an email exchange they apologized for the misleading title & said only the ID plate was solid gold. We would NOT have ordered these bracelets had we known this. I sent it back, they repaired, it broke again, sent it back, I just got it back a few weeks ago & today as I was putting my son in his high chair and it broke again. Mind you- the other bracelet is currently being repaired so now neither of us are able to wear our bracelets. We are very bummed with our experience.. we just wish we could get our money back and spend our hard earned money else where. We do not recommend buying your jewelry from here.
