I ordered a custom 14k gold anklet for my wife in January 2025. We received the anklet and my wife wore it for one or two days until the anklet broke, clearly on a link they cut and never put back together correctly which is what the refer to as custom… I reached out to them and explained and they said that since the item was custom a refund would not be available. They sent me a USPS label and asked me to ship it back to them for repair. The item was lost in the mail and after waiting a month and constantly e mailing them, they decided to send me a replacement. The replacement had the same issue and also broke a few hours after wearing the item. Now they are saying again that I need to ship the item back to them at my own cost and that a refund is not available and will only issue a store credit. Why would I even consider buying anything from these folks again when what they sell is pure garbage and they don’t stand behind their products. Stay away from these folks and do not waste your money on their garbage products which they market as high quality jewelry…. Stay Away!!
