EDIT- I just called the shop because the response below (8 months after I posted) told me to.They told me they did not respond to my review and that it was a 'automatic google response' and that they were unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue.Really disappointed in the item I received, it is flawed, it is upside down and flipped 100% of the time. CLEARLY A DESIGN FLAW. I emailed them immediately upon recieving it (less than two months after it was purchased) explained it was a birthday gift so I had just recieved it. They said 'Unfortunately, your order is no longer eligible for return or exchange since it was delivered over 2 months ago. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate your request.' No were so sorry, or we understand your unhappy, nothing. $331 down the drain, I literally can't wear it as its just a clasp thats visible. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM
