I ordered a bracelet and after one month it already had diamonds falling out. When I emailed them to address, they asked for me to ship it back, so that they could inspect it. However, they also added that it would potentially incur additional costs for them to fix it. Seeing as though I had only owned the bracelet for a month and diamonds were already falling out, I would have expected them to stand behind their craftsmanship more diligently. I am pretty upset with the experience and overall response to the issue.
