I received my ring defected. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took nearly three days to hear back from them before being able to ship it back to get fixed. The day they received it was the last time I heard from them. They told me they received it, and an hour later sent me a tracking number. I asked them questions and told them my concerns, but til this day they have not responded. They completely ignored me afterward. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
