The quality of the product is far below the price you pay for it. There is no brilliance on the diamonds what soever, the prongs are very watch catchy, and the gold color is very pale. I requested to return the product and I was rudely denied because it is considered a personalized item. I'm not sure how they personalized the item for me as all letters are provided for sale.
