I reached out within a minute to request cancellation of the extra items but received no response. I sent four more emails explaining my situation and reiterating that I only wanted the original sweater for $179. Still, there was no reply. I ended up contacting my bank to report potential fraud, and they provided a temporary credit while the matter is investigated. This is a very unreliable service.
