THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I ORDERED TWO PAIRS OF SHOES THAT NEVER ARRIVED. IT WAS SHIPPED TO SOMEWHERE IN NC!!! I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEVER RESPONDED!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Total scam-the website is designed to give the impression they’re based out of Charleston, SC. Two blondes in a small boutique and even their ‘about us’ claims their brand was developed in SC. Once you receive your tracking, you find that your merchandise is coming from China. It arrives like Dollar Tree clothing and it’s impossible to return bc you have to pay the shipping back to China and a $20 restocking fee.
I wish I would have done my research before placing an order, as it would have saved me $70 and a huge hassle. As others have stated, this merchandise is misrepresented. I thought I ordered a gorgeous gray floral sweater with embroidery. What I got was a horrible, ribbed turtleneck top with the pattern badly printed on it. Definitely NOT a $70 product.
When I tried to cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing the order, I was told that they couldn't do that. I asked for a refund. Heard nothing. If you want to return an item for a refund, you must mail it to China.
So, I ultimately contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charge. Lesson learned. Always do your homework on the company (who has a nice website, and I really wish the items were delivered as shown because there were several pieces I would have liked to own).
This company is a fraud. Do not fall for their cheap, overpriced, falsely advertised clothing. Horrible quality and theft. They take your money and then refuse to provide refund policy or address. Thieves from China.
I received a hoodie that I found very unattractive, priced at $59.00. It appeared to have a nice knot fabric design, but in reality, it was just a printed pattern that looked cheap. To return it, I would need to ship it to another country at my own cost, plus a $20 restocking fee. It's probably not worth the hassle, and they can't guarantee when I would receive my refund. I strongly advise against ordering from this platform!
I wish there was an option for zero stars. I had to report the situation to my credit card company after placing an order for a sweater. The website prompted me to stay online to benefit from a discount, but when I attempted to leave the page, I was charged for a duplicate sweater and an additional one I didn't want. I reached out within a minute to request cancellation of the extra items but received no response. I sent four more emails explaining my situation and reiterating that I only wanted the original sweater for $179. Still, there was no reply. I ended up contacting my bank to report potential fraud, and they provided a temporary credit while the matter is investigated. This is a very unreliable service.
The product did not match the description. I am disappointed with the quality. Additionally, their return policy is misleading. It claims a 30-day return window, but you can only request a return within two weeks.
This seller is a scam... I regret not reading reviews before making a purchase. My experience reflects that of others - poor product quality, unclear return policies, and unexpected restocking fees. Moving forward, I will be cautious about supporting any small business that lacks clear return policies and fee transparency.
This is not a domestic company. I ordered shoes that looked cute online, but they are cheap and poorly fitting in person. When I inquired about returning them, I was met with complicated instructions for shipping them back at my own expense, plus a $20 restocking fee. I'm just donating the shoes but will never purchase from this seller again.
