I placed 3 items on one order and had to wait for some time for new stock.First order of 3 plants arrived 2 were pink instead of red and the 3rd one I am still waiting for it to flower 3 weeks in. Asked for a refund they obliged Second order of 2 plants completely wrecked, a wet base to the box from wet plants which caused them to separate from their tape and end up tossed about by the courier. Complained no response.Plant 3 had all new buds severed just a mess,Complained twice and then complained about lack of a reply, nothing!Don't bother about addressing this now SR I am closing my account. Very poor customer service, it's their busiest time of year, what???
