Always enjoy the lovely choices at Sarah Raven. I enjoy reading the cut flower books. Have visited the stand a Chelsea flower show. I like to find something different and always find it at Sarah Raven. I need to visit Perch Hill next.
I have bought from Sarah Raven many times and I am always really delighted with the selection of plants. The products have always been good quality and I find the information provided with the plants really informative.
An order of bulbs arrived with three ceramic pots damaged and unusable. The follow-up support from the service has been entirely lacking. I am still waiting for a response from the company weeks after the delivery. Their performance has been extremely disappointing. If it were possible to give zero stars, that would be my rating.
The bulbs were delivered ahead of schedule and in excellent condition, with consistent updates throughout the process. I have tried other suppliers but keep returning to this service for its superior quality and results, plus their communication is always clear.
1. I didn’t order bulbs. 2. What I actually ordered never arrived. 3. I had to follow up on two occasions, and the delivery service provided no explanation. 4. I eventually requested a refund, leaving me without gifts and out of pocket for five days. 5. Customers can sense when they are misled; honesty is crucial. 6. Your service was lacking. The tracking system is ineffective, as are the automated responses.
I always enjoy ordering from this service when possible, and eagerly await their brochure in the mail. Quality products, and in my experience, plants are always well-packaged and sent at the right planting time. They may be a bit pricey, but I prefer quality over quantity, and there are often discount codes available. Overall, a fantastic company offering a great variety of plants, often featuring rare finds. Very happy and will keep shopping here, especially in a market dominated by larger retailers.
