We ordered a wreath arrangement costing over $300 from Sara’s Flowers for a funeral we were unable to attend. The order was placed several days in advance, with a clear promise of courier delivery by a specified time at the funeral. On the actual day of delivery, we received a call at 1:40 pm telling us it had not been delivered.This was completely unacceptable, especially given the nature of the occasion and the advance notice provided. A funeral is not something you get a second chance to fix. First and last time we will ever use this service
