If I could score less, I would. Ordered online in a timely manner. I repeatedly asked if they are were able to deliver on the day, which they said they can. It turns out the flowers never got delivered. I challenged them repeatedly but they stuck to their guns. They rung me at around 4pm, after they insisted it was delivered, saying my order was missed and they will urgently put together the arrangement by 5:30pm, offering to have it delivered by 6pm. I was not interested and asked for a refund, which I am waiting to receive in my bank account.
