I placed two orders with this store. One arrived without issues.The second order was lost during shipping. Communication with support was slow, and when I requested a refund, it was only partially fulfilled.I did not receive a response regarding reimbursement of the shipping costs. After waiting without resolution, I had to file a bank chargeback to recover the remaining amount.
