The worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced . I tried to make an online purchase from SaSa with the first time buyer $5 off gift code, when I tried to pay it would not process my payment multiple times. I tried to contact the bank and the bank said there is nothing wrong with my card and the bank is not blocking the payment either. When I returned to the site once again it has retained my card detail when I have selected not to save any details. When I contacted them in regards to the order and the payment issues they did not reply. I tried to cancel the order online then it will show as server busy or system error. Then I contacted them again to amend my order to cancel some items then they inform me that since I have paid I cannot cancel the order. However I did not receive a receipt or any order confirmation, noting that when I tried to pay it always shows as error. However, I keep receiving emails asking me to pay from them on a daily basis and still to this date. And the most annoying of all is since visiting the site I keep getting pop-up ads from them and spam emails. I know I am not the only one having these problems as my friend also experienced the same thing.
