It was my first time to visit the Jurong outlet and I was very disappointed with the service rendered by the staff named Rachel. She was not helpful at all when I requested some information. I ask her a question and she pretend like didn't hear and simple walk away. I was further appalled when I saw her standing behind me more than 15mnts just for watching me while she can come and help me explain the products. Once again I went to ask her about the product, she look at me and walk away again. Seriously what happened to this staff? Or bcos she has no idea with MK UP SG brand? She is lucky bcos she is an eldest so I decided to just ignore her. It was a very unpleasant experience for me. In overall, a very bad service. It is very unlikely I will be at this outlet again.
