Ordering was really easy. I loved all of the different selections and it made it really easy to see the nails on someone's hand. I especially loved that there was extra gifts and free shipping. Can't wait for my order to arrive!!!
Great concept, however, I need to apply a gel overlay to ensure that there’s no chipping. The wraps started to chip immediately and couldn’t handle everyday tasks without the overlay. The colours differ a bit to the picture but the price and effort are worth it.
The shipping and delivery were great as well, considering this came all the way to SA.
I'm enjoying the gel wraps, their designs and it's really easy to apply and remove - no stink, no lamps, no mess. By this time I've purchased several sets and have started to play and mix the designs, this product has become my daily use product.
Minus - they do not last 2 weeks, maybe it depends on your skin and hair type, but for me the product lasts maximum a week.
Sassy removal and nourish oil has a lovely sweet flower scent, but remember that any oils makes your nail wraps pop off, so if you're into hair and body oils or cooking without gloves, this might not be yours.
Great product. I can't wear nail polish. so Sassy Saints are a perfect solution. the bonus is the help my nails grow without flaking or breaking. Very helpful customer service.
Every time I looked at something by enlarging, or scrolled up and down, my selections all cleared and I had to start again. An option to see the non nail set items you sell as a separate page or listing would be helpful. For example, I would have preferred to buy more tools and only a couple sets to begin with, and then buy more nail sets later.

The quality isn't great with using the dip powder despite following step by step instructions and having my nails done professionally forever, so having a good general idea of what to do!
The sets last days and cracks appear, meaning having to remove and do all over again.
Disappointing quality not worth the money.
I thought I would try the drill to aid me with the application of the nail to see if this worked any better.
The drill I have used 12 times and it is broken. Again cheap poor quality products. Don't waste your money purchase one off amazon, works so much better.
Ordered 2nd December ,wasn’t delivered ,contacted them ,so sorry ,sent it again ,wasn’t delivered again ,sent it 3rd time ,still waiting ,says it ships from Uk ,obviously ships from china . Useless
I’m very excited to try your product. I wanted to try just one kit but it wasn’t easy for me to buy just one. I had to buy two (which made me get 4 which I love), but I literally just wanted one to try since I’m allergic to other gels and it was difficult to navigate to that. But very excited!
Fraudulent company.
They signed me up for a subscription without my consent.
When I requested a refund and a way to return the second set of nails which I did not order I was told I had signed up for a subscription and received an email to confirm.
I reviewed my original order and there was no mention of a subscription and I received no email to confirm a second set that was sent to me.
I am still trying to return the fraudulent order.
Sassy Saints has honestly been a wonderful alternative to traditional nail salons for me. If you have weak or damaged nails that simply cannot handle the harsh treatments often done at salons, but you still want your nails to look neat and presentable, this is such a great option. In my experience, the nails don’t always last a full two weeks — I usually get about 10–12 days — but since the cost is reasonable, it still feels completely worth it. The biggest highlight for me is their customer service. The team is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely tries their best to help customers and make things right. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a gentler nail solution.
